WORKSHOPS

As a passionate advocate for sustainable design, I am committed to sharing my knowledge and expertise with others. Through a variety of educational offerings, including workshops and courses, I aim to inspire the next generation of textile artists and designers.

My workshops and courses delve into the intricacies of natural dyeing, weaving, and other traditional textile techniques. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from my years of experience and gain hands-on skills. By fostering a deep connection to the natural world, I encourage creativity and innovation in textile design.

WORKSHOPS

I offer workshops worldwide in diverse and inspiring locations such as florist shops, farms, festivals, mountains, yurts, warehouses, and schools or educational environments. During these courses, I teach how to produce colour from natural ingredients, prepare fabrics for dyeing, and create a booklet of samples and notes from your learnings.

All materials are provided and the only requirements are access to a water source and heat, whether from an electrical hob or an open fire.

Class lengths vary: short sessions last around 1 hour, average classes run about 2 hours, and the longest sessions can be day-long deep dives into colour theory, lasting 5 to 8 hours.
