Returns + Exchanges
We will happily issue a refund on full price items that are faulty or do not fit if :
- the items are in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging
- you notify us via email your intention to return an item within 3 days of receiving it
- the item is return to us via a trackable shipping method within 10 days of receiving the item ( international shipping times are taken into consideration, but the item must be shipped within 10 days of receiving it )
An email must be sent to email@example.com prior to returning the item for approval.
If an item is returned without following these guidelines, a refund may be refused.
Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for change of mind.
